1. What printing service do you provide?

Besides Softcover book printing, Textbook printing, Toolbook printing, Hardcover book printing, Catalog printing, Textbooks printing, Label printing, Kraft paper printing, Art paper printing, Business card printing, Greeting card printing, Poster printing, Desk calendar printing, Book calendar printing, Sticker printing, Notebook/ Diary printing, Office holder printing, any customization printing will also be accepted.

2. What’s the size of products do you provide?
All printing product will have certain size for you to choose, customized order is also accepted.

3. What’s the quality of products you provide?
All product will be completed with modern equipment with precise details attention.
Technic using such as CMYK, Pantone, surface finished with glossy or matte lamination, detail focus is the main point through out quality conducting all along.

4. How can I get sample?
We can offer you free sample and will be delivered by courier while delivery fee will be charged to our customer.

5. Can I have my picture or logo printed on the products?
Yes, we can print your picture or logo on and you can offer the picture in any format made by Photoshop Adobe Illustrator or Coredraw.

6. What about minimum quantity?
Minimum order quantity is from 1000 pieces to 5000 pieces per design depends on certain printing product.

7. what file should I provide if I want to a quotation?

Please provide the following data for your product quotation:

1. Product specification (length * width * height, weight, book type)

2. Product materials (white board, white cardboard, double copper paper, gold and silver card, etc.)

3. Cover material (white board paper, white cardboard, double copper paper, gold and silver card paper etc.)

4. Product process requirements (such as color printing, surface treatment, hot stamping, bump, etc.)

5. Quantity of products.

6. Packaging requirements and delivery methods.

8. What certificate do you have?
ISO 9000, ISO 22000, SGS Certification.

9. Which market do you export?
Europe, Africa, Middle East, South of America, Australia.

10. How do I order?
a. You can order in our website at www.chinee-printing.com.
b. Choose the printing product and design you’re interested in, write down the model number.
c. Click Contact Us button, fill in the customer info and submit.
d. We will sign an “Order Conformation” form after your order info is received, an original scan copy will be send to you by email.
e. If any special design is required, please email us to discuss further details, a very reasonable price will be offered.

11. Payment Term.
T/T or L/C at sight, Western Union, Paypal.

12. Price term.
FOB, CIF, C&F

13. How do I pay?
Please transmit (T/T) the payment from your bank account to ours.

14. How do you start the order?
We will start your order after down payment is received(50% of total payment). When order finished, we will email you the digital photo for your confirmation. We will send the goods to you after receiving the balance payment.
Full payment will be requested before producing in any ocation of urgent order.

15. Producing time?
30 working days after deposit confirmed received, producing time will be adjusted in case rush order.
